Spring has finally arrived with bright sun and longer days.  Soon, the leaves and flowers will be in full bloom and the grass will be lush and green.  Every season in the Keene Valley area of the Adirondacks is special.  We try to enjoy each one for the joy, recreation, and beauty it offers. 

The school program embraces the changing seasons as resources for learning more about our environment, our heritage and planning for our future.

This spring we bid farewell to the Class of 2008 as they complete their high school education.  Many will go on to college while others will work or travel.  They are well prepared for their future and leave us better for having known them. 

We will also welcome the Class of 2021 for their first “big school” experience when they visit our school for Kindergarten screening.  Our newest students will bring fresh, new energy, bright smiles and curiosity to our community this fall.

The 2007-08 school year has been a busy one for everyone in the District.  We have all shared experiences and gained a wealth of knowledge that we will retain for a lifetime.  As spring rolls into summer we will, once again, look forward to the next school year with great anticipation.
