Shared Decision Making Team

Shared Decision Making (SDM) was implemented throughout New York State school districts to foster communication and to improve the educational performance of all students. 

The Shared Decision Making Team is comprised of a diverse group of parents, staff, students and community representatives who participate in school district decision making. The SDM Team engages the larger school community in discussions of key school issues and makes decision by consensus.

Meetings are open to all members of the community. All team members are volunteers who make a commitment to serve. Opening are announced as they become available.
